Featured Project: Produce LA

Nevell Group is proud to feature its work on Produce LA, a 112,000 SF, five-level mixed-use development in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles. According to public project information, the development includes 10,000 SF of retail, 7,000 SF of restaurant space, rooftop amenities, and subterranean parking for 175 vehicles, all within a distinctive urban infill project shaped by a sawtooth facade and daylight-focused design.

Delivered through a Design-Build approach, the project reflects the coordination required to execute high-performance exterior systems on a dense city site. Public project information also notes the development achieved LEED Gold certification and was completed in 17 months despite the constraints of a tight infill environment.
