In-House BIM Design & Coordination
Our In-House BIM Design Group's primary function is to effectively implement BIM/VDC on projects and oversee BIM Specialists responsible for producing 3D models, documentation, and BIM data management. We have invested heavily in this area and are equipped with the latest technologies, reflecting our culture of commitment to improvement and progress. Our team always uses the most up to-date releases of Revit, AutoCAD Architectural, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 Design, Rhino 6, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Bluebeam Revu, Smartsheet, PlanGrid, and Robotic Total Station.
Our Process
We leverage the architect's Revit model to streamline the design updating process and maximize efficiency. This reduces trade conflicts, accelerated construction schedules, and reduced cost to the owner/user while improving communication between design and construction teams.
Our Design/BIM team will proactively send out Navisworks XML's of the MEP trades clashing against our system before each coordination meeting.
