Google Spruce Goose
Complete renovation of an existing 319,000 square foot aircraft hangar. This core and shell project dramatically transformed the existing historic hangar structure into a 4-story multi-use facility. It integrates creative office space, workstations, collaborative and shared workspaces. The facility also includes a range of amenity program spaces, including food service options, event areas, and a theater.

Hyundai Motor Company Headquarters
Hyundai Motor Company's headquarters building in California is approximately 419,00 square feet and six-stories high. A one-story, 50,000 square-foot technical services facility connects to the main building and adjacent parking structure on the site.
The focal point of the building is its impressive two-story high entrance, which leads to an open-to-the-sky public courtyard in the building's center. A showroom of Hyundai vehicles is also visible from the freeway side of the structure.
The new building is LEED-certified, targeting the gold level.

A 13-story, 415,000-square-foot high-rise, office tower, project with associated plaza and site work and a new stand alone below-grade parking structure as well as an expansion of the existing parking structure.
It is notable that this facility is now the nation’s largest carbon-neutral office building to date. The 13-story tower will utilize a combination of high performance building design, directed biogas and on-site fuel cells that will annually generate more electricity than tenants will use. NGi’s scope included utilization of BIM process, interior/exterior framing, drywall, lath and plaster.
