NGi/SDI Joint Venture Supports Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Redevelopment
Nevell Group Inc. is proud to be part of the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Redevelopment, an NGi/SDI Joint Venture project supporting one of Los Angeles County’s major healthcare construction programs.
The multi-phased redevelopment will transform the Harbor-UCLA campus into a modern, future-ready medical center designed to support care, discovery, and education for the Los Angeles community.
Working with Hensel Phelps on this complex design-build project, NGi / SDI is contributing across the seven-building campus, including the Outpatient Tower, Inpatient Tower, Central Plant, Sheriff Building, IT/Shops Building, and existing tie lobby connector.
NGi / SDI’s scope includes fireproofing, interior framing and drywall, insulation, ACT, exterior framing, terra cotta, Dri-Design aluminum panels, and PAC-CLAD metal cladding.
