Miller Children's Village
A design-build project of a new 80,000 sf 4-story pediatric medical office building. The exterior is StoPanel NExT ci
and Metal ci panels. The NExT ci is comprised of a StoGuard backup panel, with secondary drainage featuring Sto’s patented drainage wedge. The metal panels are DriDesign plate metal, which features all-metal (no composite) formed into a pressure equalizing rainscreen/drainage system.
NGI installed the panels delivered JIT to the site. NGi will worked collaboratively with Walters & Wolf to create a unique exterior of façade panels and ribbon and portal windows.

Antelope Valley Specialty MOB is a 136,580-squarefoot three-story medical office building, consisting of specialty care, laboratory, radiology and cardiology, and pharmacy services. This is a design assist project with McCarthy Builders and NGi’s scope included; BIM modeling design, interior framing, drywall, taping, exterior framing, sheathing, airwater barrier, lath/plaster, Swisspearl rain screen system.
This project includes a net-zero building design consuming no outside energy and emitting no carbon with LEED Platinum Certification.
