LAUSD Venice High School

New buildings and various site improvements on the Venice High School campus. New classroom construction will create general classrooms, special education classrooms, two art classrooms, new chemistry labs, a horticultural classroom, attendance office, parent center, auto shop, a graphic design and photo lab print shop, two flexible engineering labs, gymnasium and stadium press box.

Bonita Center of Performing Arts

A 700 seat performing arts theatre through a Lease-Leaseback/Integrated Project Delivery method. The theatre is being designed to serve district theatre performances from local school campuses of all grade levels, as well as professional performances to the San Dimas, Ca. community. The extensive use of Building Information Modeling by NGi and the IPD team has enabled the design, cost and schedule of the project to meet the districts diverse program for this facility.
