Loma Linda University

New Design Assist OSHPD Hospital tower. A massive $1.2-billion, 910,250-square foot rebuilding plan for the Inland Empire medical campus. The renovation was spurred, in part, by seismic requirements that will make the current adult hospital unusable in 2020. The project will consist of a new, three-story diagnostic and treatment center; a total care birthing center; a full mechanical level and two patient bed towers; a ten-story adult patient tower and; a three-story patient tower for the children’s hospital. It will include renovations of existing space along with the construction of brand new facilities NGi’s scope included Scope included; BIM, Cold Formed Metal Framing, Fireproofing, Gypsum Board, and Metal Framing.

New seven story 550,000-square-foot multiple building medical center. NGi’s scope for this design assist project included; 16 months of preconstruction that included establishing a target price at 20% DD and to maintain the budget and design through 100% CD drawings, utilizationof BIM, exterior and interior framing, drywall, lath/plaster and fireproofing.

Lucille Packard Children's Hospital

New hospital expansion to optimize the hospital’s services and infrastructure, adding more beds, private rooms, state-of-the-art operating suites, family-friendly amenities. The project will relocate utilities and provide approximately 65,000 gsf shell space on Level 5 and approximately 18,000 gsf shell space on Level 1. Level 5 shell buildout will accommodate 2 bed wings totaling 49 patient beds, pharmacy and support spaces. Level 1 shell buildout will accommodate multidisciplinary clinical space.
