Sean Slater

Sean Slater is Nevell Group's Deputy Chief Financial Officer, supporting companywide financial strategy and execution. Having launched his career in public accounting at Deloitte, Sean brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience within the construction industry. This includes work across general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and specialty trades, giving him a grounded understanding of how projects are built, funded, and measured from the ground up. Drawing on experience with both publicly traded companies and employee-owned organizations, he brings a shareholder-minded approach to financial decision-making, with a focus on protecting and growing long-term value.
