Jeremy Mills

Jeremy leads Nevell Group’s San Diego preconstruction and estimating efforts, preparing budgets, detailed estimates, and pre-bid packages for CM-at-Risk guaranteed maximum price (GMP) projects as well as select competitive pursuits. He brings strong technical estimating experience across key scopes including steel stud framing, drywall, EIFS, plaster, and acoustical systems. Jeremy is also highly proficient with industry estimating and planning tools.
