He partners closely with clients to develop preliminary budgets, drive value engineering, and manage all phases of the bidding process, staying engaged through contract execution and preconstruction. Known for reliable leadership and strong client relationships, Eric brings deep expertise in construction documents, trade codes, MEP coordination, design-build delivery, and key wall/ceiling scopes including light-gauge framing, drywall, fireproofing, insulation, and lath & plaster systems.
