David Williams leads Nevell Group’s Las Vegas operations, accountable for overall branch and project performance from preconstruction through closeout. He oversees construction execution, project accounting, and cash flow to keep agreements fiscally sound and teams aligned on schedule, BIM coordination, and budget commitments. With a proven commercial construction track record, David is known for dependable leadership, strong client relationships, and expertise in MEP coordination, design-build delivery, and key wall/ceiling scopes including light-gauge framing, drywall, fireproofing, insulation, and lath & plaster.
