Nevell Group, Inc. surpassed an exciting landmark in August of 2007. We hit the $100 million mark for completed work since inception in 2003. Further, we are projected to hit $150 million by August of 2008. We have experienced a 36% avg. per year growth rate since 2004. These are remarkable accomplishments for a 5-year old company. NGi owes much of the collective growth and the handling of an ever-increasing workload to a wonderfully dedicated group of employees. We have managed to remain in sync and make a smooth transition from a small to a mid-sized company, and then to an industry leader. For 2008 alone, our projected volume is $55 to $60 million. NGi will continue growing and expanding its offices as well as its employee base. We look forward to attracting only the most capable and personable of individuals to join us in the future, and want to thank our present group for all their hard work.
Our new operation in San Diego is in the second year of operation. Nevell Group, Inc. - San Diego is projected to complete $8 to $10 million in 2008. As of August 2008 they will be at a monthly billing pace of $15 million annually.

Recently Nevell Group, Inc. celebrated its 5th anniversary with a 3-day cruise to Ensenada. These years of diligence and building an excellent reputation in the construction industry has lead to attracting and keeping a well-balanced team at NGI. We have grown exponentially during a short time and consider the company fortunate to be where we are. The getaway allowed all company employees to build even stronger friendships and spend many hours together having fun and relaxing in a laidback atmosphere. We look forward to many more years with this crew.

Following up on our previous news, we have signed a second project, the Target Vista store, which will move up our arrival into the San Diego market to January of 2007.

NGi kicked off it’s entry into the San Diego area with the signing of a 15-story office building in La Jolla – La Jolla Commons. This project will start in mid-2007 and marks the beginning of a permanent operation in that area.
This exciting new location will be headed up by Greg Thomas and Mark Wilson.

Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital– 13th Annual
Pro Am Golf Tournament
This year’s PIH Pro Am was held at the Friendly Hills Country Club in October. A whopping $202,000 was raised, matching the previous years’ proceeds. Half of the proceeds will help support nursing educations and enable PIH nurses to pursue bachelors and masters degrees as desired. The other half of the proceeds will fund two new mammography units at The Patricia L. Scheifly Breast Health Center.
PIH Foundation Board of Directors Member Michael Nevell has co-chaired this event for the third year in a row.
